Georgetown’s Murals

One of my highlights from my travels around Malaysia, was the city Georgetown.
My second stop on my Malaysian tour was the claimed UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Not knowing anything about Georgetown I was instantly taken aback by the quaint looking colonial shop fronts, but at a second glance I noticed something equally impressive. Dotted around the city are a range of fascinating murals. The artist of these powerful pieces and who’s referred to as the Malaysian Banksy, is Lithuanian born Ernest Zacharevic.
